Rucksacks and picnic hampers are provided for use by our guests along with a range of Wellington boots and waterproof clothing. However some of the walks will require strong hiking boots which guests should bring with them. There are good country clothes stores in Newton Stewart.
We also have a recommended picnic spot on the Penkiln burn which runs through the Estate. The hardier among you might want to swim first to work up the appetite!
